• However the travellers must make sure that the refund policies are directly linked to the airlines and we do not hold any liability towards providing you any refund.
• The service provider gives us the permission to handle the refund or exchange request and then only we can proceed with your request.
• Our website only charges a small commission fee for the services that we take for our services.

Booking changes

• Any kind of change related to travel date or destination or name changes is completely dependent upon the service providers policy.
• Our website only gives assistance to the users for using any of the mentioned services. We are not directly associated with providing refunds or exchanges.

Refunds

• Flyodealz allows refunds to the users only if they are eligible and are permitted by the service providers.
• To receive the refund the users must respect all the cancellation policies provided by the Airlines.
• Once the refund is permitted by the airlines it may take 7 to 14 business days to receive your refund.

Cancellations

• Users are allowed to cancel their flights anytime they wish to.
• We do not charge any extra fee as cancellation from the users. Moreover the amount the users will receive as a refund will depend upon the terms and conditions of the service providers.
• The amount you receive as refund upon cancellation depends upon the time you cancel your reservation.

Non refundable services

• Users will only be provided a refund for their cancellation only in case they fulfill the refund policy of the service provider.
• Users who have purchased flight tickets on discounted rates do not get the complete refund.
• In case you have used travel insurance premiums to book your flight reservations you will not receive any refund.
• In case of flight miss you will not be provided in a refund.
